The only thing you hate more than guns are the laws about using a gun.

There is no law that states an attacker must be armed before you can use deadly force. That goes for civilians and that goes for police officers alike. Do you know why I've never been shot in my life? Because I've never presented a serious threat to anybody.

All these police shootings have one thing in common: the subjects didn't listen to the orders of the police. Now that this truth is out, the simplest solution to this problem is to just listen to the police officers. Yes......I know......I know, you're a liberal and this is too difficult for you to understand, but maybe if we teach it in our public schools, that may help.

And just a side note: thanks to the grand jury for not indicting the two police officers that were involved in the Tamir Rice shooting here in Cleveland. At least we know some people have common sense.

On a side note......for the police....When the special police units go into a building the often use ballistic shields. Would it be possible to equip the police with light weight shield that they could use to fend off club and knife attackers, as a group, as they use stun guns.....that takes away a good part of the fear of serious injury and death from stabbings and clubs. That might save some lives.
