Obama Attacks Trump's Wall and 'Anti-Intellectualism' in Rutgers Speech

I try to remain calm and rational in these political debates but this is just another bridge too far. At the Rutgers commencement speech Obama insulted 40 percent of the country calling people who support trump ignorant. This president is the most divisive, dismissive, and despicable man ever to hold the office. His hubris is a bigger problem than global warming. As the leader of all Americans basically calling half the country too dumb to be involved in the political process is a cardinal sin. His ego knows no bounds. He is destroying any sense of normalcy in the country and in the election process. He has decided he is king and all,of his subjects are lesser intellects and lesser beings. He considers himself a god.

All this will play against him and his, party. He is oblivious to how this resonates with the American people. Commencement addresses were never meant to be political advocacy events, but Obama has broken that rule too. A captive audience unable to respond or even leave in order not to hear his propaganda. The country itself will not support a leader who discounts half the population, who disparages so many Americans. The elite media hounds trump for his comments about women, but Obama can insult half the country and nothing will come of it.

But the voters will have a long memory. They have had eight years of,his imperiousness. He will have united black, Latino, single moms, and white parents in their disgust for his bathroom edicts. They do not want their daughters showering with pretend girls. His utter disdain for American citizens will turn many against him and his, party. More hate and vitriol will emanate from his trap as his term gets closer to its end and he desperately seeks relevance. His conceit will produce more nuggets for election consumption and his true colors will be revealed even more brightly. Hopefully the nation will be able to recover from the virus Obama has infected us with and the aristocracy he seeks to establish will meet with a truly American fate.

But Trump supporters are ignorant. Why else would they support such a clown?

Shame on Obama for villanizing Trump.
That's not who we are.

My supporting any candidate does not translate to condoning everything they do or how they do it. I support Trump's proposed policies and his lack of being bought and paid for like the established professional politicians that are currently fucking the nation and getting rich doing it. It's time for a BIG change. It's time for a BUSINESSLIKE APPROACH to government, especially in the spending or our tax money. He will help to accomplish this.

I don't expect him to be a dictator like the asshole Obama is now. I don't expect him to be a crooked, lying piece of shit like Hillary has been for decades. I expect him to lead the country as a successful corporate CEO would do...by delegating authority and responsibilities to various executives by putting experts in charge of each department we need to keep and doing away with each department that we do not need.

I expect him to decrease the size of our federal government and increase the size and strength of our military so we can be protected from countries that would love to take over our wealthy land and natural resources.

I expect him to bring jobs back to America by DECREASING taxes against corporations and encouraging investments in American communities instead of forcing competing firms to re-locate overseas because of cheap labor and lower taxes.

I will support him as long as he pushes an agenda of economic growth and jobs creations, mercilessly attacks radical Islamic terrorism and makes the military service something to be proud of and comfortable with in knowing that we have the best there is.

Liberalism is a goddamned mental disorder...and the Democrats are replete with it.

IMO, anyone supporting either candidate this year is ignorant

I'm for Bernie myself, but Hillary will do if she gets the nod. Trump on the other hand is a lot like Hollywood in that he can spin bullshit into gold. Not a bad thing really, but in the end it doesn't make for very good leadership potential.

Just like the line from the old Rush song "Free Will": You can choose not to decide, but you still have made a choice. That has never been truer than the upcoming election.

Repubs in general are stupid.

Democrats are split between Hillary and Bernie, and REPUBS, in general, are stupid?

"Voters That Disagree With Obama Are Ignorant"

Wrong.

Voters who disagree with Obama are entitled to do so.

Those who compare Trump’s wall of bigotry to the WH security fence are ignorant of the fact that their ‘argument’ fails as a fallacy.

Liberalism is a goddamned mental disorder...and the Democrats are replete with it.

You'd prefer they be good at NOTHING at all?
I would prefer that liberal methods are limited to helping those that cannot help themselves rather than giving freely to all who are just too lazy to work or have figured out some other way to have everything given to them at the expense of those that do work. There must be some liberalism (socialism) to take care of the elderly, the crippled, the orphaned and the mentally ill. Today's liberals take it to extremes and promote the funding of plush living for welfare whores and lazy assholes that won't even look for a paying job.

What fallacy would that be? The one that says Dems are always right?

Not at all and he is right to do so.

He got elected, and then RE-elected.

Clearly MORE than half of the country is to stupid to vote, and they aren't "involved". Of the people who are "involved" or informed at least they would not vote democrook under any circumstance unless their objective is to do damage to the country.
