This is the kind of stupid shit you get when you demand cash and prizes from the government for certain behaviors or product choices. You make yourself a hostage to the State.

My take is that if our society sees merit in their "plight", then lawmakers should create legislation that solves the problem...maybe just a flat tax would do it?? There should be ways to solve these problems without changing the definition of our basic institutions.
