That's precisely what she said, moron.Sure it does. The judge could have said that no one can second guess the president but she didn’t.

It says the PRA does not give the National Archives the authority to retrieve any documents it determines to not be personal documents. In other words, the raid on Trump's home was against the law. Then explain this:

NARA didn’t raid Trump’s home, dipshit. It says the PRA does not give the National Archives the authority to retrieve any documents it determines to not be personal documents. In other words, the raid on Trump's home was against the law.
They're the ones who justified the raid, moron.NARA didn’t raid Trump’s home, dipshit.
And that has nothing to do with the quote I provided.
That was the DoJ, dipshit. Not NARA.They're the ones who justified the raid, moron.
You obviously don't know anything about the case, moron. That was the DoJ, dipshit. Not NARA.
The DoJ got the grand jury subpoena that Trump didnt comply with and the DoJ got the search warrant which proved he was hiding documents. You obviously don't know anything about the case, moron.
<YAWN!>The DoJ got the grand jury subpoena that Trump didnt comply with and the DoJ got the search warrant which proved he was hiding documents.
From the court case you never read:

Yet again, I prove you morons don’t know what you’re talking about.<YAWN!>
You only proved that you're an imbecile.Yet again, I prove you morons don’t know what you’re talking about.
Nothing I said was inaccurate and you haven’t been able to argue otherwise. You only proved that you're an imbecile.
Of course it's inaccurate. An indictment proves nothing. You proved nothing.Nothing I said was inaccurate and you haven’t been able to argue otherwise.
The fact you have nothing to argue shows your ignorance.
What’s inaccurate? You claimed NARA raided Mar a Lago. That’s not accurate. The DoJ did. The court decision you guys are so fond of quoting specifically says that NARA can go to the DoJ to have documents retrieved.Of course it's inaccurate. An indictment proves nothing. You proved nothing.
There were ongoing negotiations between the Trump camp and the Feds. The FBI had just visited Mar A Lago and their only suggestion to beef up security was to add an additional lock on the storage room door which tells me those documents were a heck of lot safer than the ones that Joe Biden had scattered all over much of the east coast! Yet the call was made to stage a SWAT team raid by FBI agents that were flown down to Florida from Washington DC! Who does that, Marener? Who does that when THEY are guilty of far worse behavior with classified documents than Trump could ever be?Apparently there wasn’t a legal dispute because Trump decided not to challenge the subpoena.
You can’t “work it out in court” unless Trump makes it an issue.
He didn’t.
Thats not the government’s fault.
That's a lot of words for someone with your limited IQ, John. Way to walk on the wild side! That is all that is needed for your nonsense,
There were no “ongoing negotiations”. There was a grand jury subpoena which Trump claimed to have complied with but we know that was a lie. There were ongoing negotiations between the Trump camp and the Feds. What part of the DOJ are you referring to?There were no “ongoing negotiations”. There was a grand jury subpoena which Trump claimed to have complied with but we know that was a lie.
When the DoJ left Mar a Lago, they were told in writing that Trump gave them every document with classification markings. That was a lie.
If Trump wanted to challenge the subpoena, he could have. He chose not to. He chose to lie.
No I didn't, moron. I said NARA justified the raid. What’s inaccurate? You claimed NARA raided Mar a Lago. That’s not accurate. The DoJ did.
Please quote where it says that. The court decision you guys are so fond of quoting specifically says that NARA can go to the DoJ to have documents retrieved.
