In Oregon, they had to dismiss all the charges, based on the fact that there was no evidence that anybody but the undercover agents ever presented a threat to anybody, in word or deed.

Nevada, who had evinced no interest in lodging the defendants, had their hand forced by Oregon, who refused to release the acquitted men and held them until the Marshalls managed to scrape an order up..

The court just dismissed the serious firearms charge, which is frivolous and typical of the sort of tactics the fed pigs use to destroy lives and seize property.

While these guys are in jail for trumped up charges, the feds move in on their families. They take foster kids out of their homes, they mess with their grazing permits, they level fines and fees against their families.

Jeanette Finicum, whose husband was murdered last year in Harney county, was literally moving cattle to their winter pasture here a month or so ago, and they received notification AS THEY WERE MOVING THE CATTLE that they couldn't put them on the land where they had always grazed them. The timing is not an accident. These people are malicious, and criminal, and they should be in prison or dead themselves.

After Pete Santilli was arrested, the feds called local police and employers of his family and friends, to fill their heads with lies about them...resulting in cars getting impounded (immediately released) and various and assorted other hassles.

they just offered one of the defendants a plea bargain....fucking trespassing. Probation for a year. These guys have been in jail for a YEAR.

he shouldn't take it. They decided in Oregon that they couldn't make trespassing stick, something about adverse possession. The same reason they couldn't get anything on the guys using the vehicles.

the judges, cops and feds involved should lose everything. They deserve to be shot.
