What a Biden Presidency would look like

Taxes
Biden proposes taxing corporations and the wealthy at much higher rates. His plans would raise about $3.8 trillion over the next decade, with 75 percent of that coming from the top 1 percent of households, and more than half of that coming from the top 0.1 percent — Americans making more than $3.2 million a year.

I-dont-believe-you.gif

The economy
Biden proposes a level of public investment in American business not seen since World War II. He wants the federal government to spend $400 billion over four years purchasing U.S.-based goods and services and $300 billion in research and development for clean-energy initiatives. Biden also calls for a $15 federal minimum wage and is aggressively pro-union
so what will all the people at 15 bucks and above ask for if it is passed?...

Wages have been stagnant for over two decades

There is catching up to do. The days of cheap labor need to end
ok so answer my question.....

Bullshit

More fear mongering.
Jobs are dependent on the market for goods and services.

Put upward pressure on all low end jobs. These jobs are currently subsidized by the taxpayer with housing, food and medical assistance.

It is about time that employers go back to supporting their employees and not put the burden on taxpayers

COVID-19
Biden has hammered the Trump administration for failing to coordinate a unified national pandemic response, and one of his first appointments would be a single official charged with addressing persistent shortages in testing supplies and personal protective equipment. Biden wants the federal government to hire 100,000 people to conduct contact tracing

And it will only cost $3 - $4 Trillion...brilliant plan, dumbass.

You mean no labor is better? What do you think happens when businesses get hit with a huge cost like forced increased wages? That's right, they move out of the country, or invest in automation to replace human beings.

Don’t we have governors and mayors? Or are you suggesting the president become a dictator

It's not going to bring in much more taxes when those people leave the country taking their jobs with them.

No need to further discuss

Rather than invoke far left proposals like Green New Deal and Medicare for all, Biden has taken a pragmatic approach of what we can actually accomplish

Sounds like he's plagiarizing Trump again. We all know biden is a known plagiarist. But hey, all you fear mongers listen up:

Are we all guessing together on what his six month presidency would look like?

As well as technology and innovation. If you keep increasing the min wage then robots would be cheaper than people eventually and result in fewer jobs.

Business has profited for two decades with a low cost workforce. Minimum wage hasn’t been increased for over a decade. Has business frozen their prices for a decade?

I have little sympathy for business and take the side of their employees
