What country in the Middle East has the best record on gay rights?

Egypt has always had gays and transgender in the streets and markets in larger cities. They were poorly treated, but there was no genocide of them.

Lebanon was rather neutral unless they made a spectacle of themselves, no flash and pomp. On the books it was illegal but times change

several have gay support, magazines and online sites for information, help or questions

Some have gone to jail for what they say, but perhaps that too will chance.
