Don't know, but I hope his brainstormers help devise a plan that I suggest works out a deal with the providers to assist the elderly with reduced costs in exchange for tort reform legislation, which would reduce costs for all, but make special pricing breaks for pre medicade age elderly (maybe 50-65)and those in professions or lack of that don't have medical benefits as part of the job perks.
Lowering the Dr's practice insurance and capping lawsuits on pharmaceutical would reduce expenses passed onto those who need the break the most.
It doesn't cost the gov't, it's not a socialism structure, it helps drs pharma and insurers and only affect the bloodsucking lawyers.
