Maria took over for my brother, my brother trained her. In 2 years, another company wanted her because they have too many white males at the top. So they paid her $2 million. She brought my brother with her, he made $1.5 million. $500 raise. Still she makes $500K more a year than him and he's her mentor. Then she left for $3 million. She wants him to come with her again but they just renamed him VP of HR until he can find another woman or minority to take over.
