The home is also a workplace. Guess the government should regulate sex there too

I nominate novasteve to be placed on the list of stupidest members of the USMB.

Is there a second?

This started in Los Angeles where condoms on porn stars have been the law for a number of years now. It's why there is no more porn filmed in Los Angeles. Having driven it out of Los Angeles and into surrounding areas, they now want to take it statewide. That will end porn filming in California and send it to another state. Porn producers don't really care. They'll move it to another country if they have to.

In Los Angeles, the law requiring condoms in porn films birthed a huge new bureaucracy that is still in place even though no more porn is filmed in the City. Those salaries for inspectors, supervisors, clerks, assistants are all still being collected.

That's pretty much what the law does. There's no distinction if the site is a home or a soundstage. There's no distinction if the people engaged in sex are married or have never seen each other before. If it's a porn movie the guy has to wear a condom.

What hypocrites
This doesn’t make any sense, as usual.

There’s no ‘hypocrisy’ advocating for workplace safety; in fact, it’s consistent with other workplace safety measures as authorized by the Commerce Clause.

Your OP is gibberish, and completely devoid of a point.

Condoms on porn stars was peddled as workplace safety. Then the jobs left. They went to someplace where they could make unsafe porn. That's what sells. After seeing the failure mandatory condoms has been in Los angeles it's bizarre that someone wants to take this statewide.
