I remember Trump said Obama's economy was fake because interest rates were too low.

Now, I have no bills, no mortgage, no debt, so I'm not worried about what interest rates are on a 30 year mortgage. I'm happy my $ is making 6% rather than 1% that it was making on Trump's watch.

A lot of things are the luck or not the luck of the time you are in. When it comes to homes, at one time it was more of something to live in and may have even depreciated. With the Fiat Currency it became an investment.

Nope. After 4 years I refi'ed to a 15 year mortgage. So it only took me 19 years.

I've given up all hopes that liberals could ever be trusted again in leadership positions.

Yup. I'm an independent. Have been for a long time. I always voted a mix of Republicans, Democrats, Independents. and third parties. Even though I lean right, there were democrats I liked and, even though I disagreed with them on issues, I respected their opinions and the fact that both sides wanted to get to the same place using different ideas. Over the last few years the Democratic party has veered far left and I wouldn't vote for a liberal/woke politically correct progressive if someone put a gun to my head. They are batshit crazy loons who want to sexually abuse young children and don't even know the difference between a male and a female.

But Bush walked into Clinton''s surplus. Gave it to rich people and then started 2 wars.
