What is the Crime???

I bet this won't get an answer... its unbelievable that these people think its okay to prosecute a former president on such a vague offense... even MSNBC can't tell us what the crime is....
Correct. The ignorant drooling libturds contend (falsely) that he did so in the People’s Bill of Particulars

In relevant part, here is that reply from the Persecution:

The underlying crime “may” include one of ability of crimes, suggests the persecutor.

Then again. Maybe not. And without specifying what that alleged underlying crime “was,” which Trump supposedly had the intent to commit or conceal, the jury will be left to guess and speculate. And their verdict might not be unanimous. (A non-unanimous verdict would properly be the basis for reversing any conviction.)

This case is all about prosecutorial political partisanship. It is a lawless thing.

How do you not know the crime by now?

He hide payments made to silence Stormy Daniels via a NDA violating business filing and election laws
So when Biden did that it was what?

How about when Clinton did it?

PS: That was NOT a NY election, it was a federal election nationwide.

What gives the NY government the right to meddle in nationwide elections for all the other 49 states too?

What did Trump do to warrant a jury trial that is costing New Yorkers millions at a time NY can't afford to spend it.... If people are asking today... what is the crime... and the defendant is a former US president for Gods sake....
This is going to do real harm to the democrat party....

Now if you would like to try and tell us what the CRIME is please use this thread...
Ask the Grand Jury
They indicted him

Not according to the persecutors who won’t even say that much.

He don’t “hide” anything, anyway. He recorded his payment of the scumbag Cohen’s legal fee. Paying the Ho for an NDA would be legal. NDA’s are legal.

The allegedly false filing would be a misdemeanor and beyond the stature of limitations. So your answer is wrong in any event.

The actual question is what “other” crime he intended to commit or conceal. And since he paid after the election, it couldn’t possibly have been done to violate the election laws.

Try again.

In fact, the judge(!) read a statement from the FEC, after defense counsel raised Cohen's run-in with that agency. And the judge told the jury that there was no Federal violation of election law by anyone.

So, where's Bragg's alleged nexus to federal law now?

Seems as if the judge [inadvertently] helped Trump.

He hid the payment by having Cohen make it to stormy prior to the election and then hiding the payback via 11 installments dressed up as retainer payments paid back to Cohen over the course of the following year

Stupid.

The fact is that if they had gotten proper legal instructions from the Bragg persecutor in the GJ, maybe they wouldn’t have indicted. And the judge should have granted the defense motion to dismiss the indictment for the improper grand jury presentment and the legal deficiencies of the ensuing indictment.

No. The answer (obviously) is not to “ask” the now excused grand jurors.

The answer ought to be provided by the fucking persecution.

Oh wow! Stop the presses! :aargh:

What makes a NY DA have jurisdiction over something like that and not the FEC?

Especially when it regards a national election. The FEC declined to prosecute.

According to the most singularly unreliable source ever called by any public persecutor. Not that he would lie under oath. Ahem.

Again, you say that as if you know. But you don’t. You necessarily rely on the word of the convicted perjurer.

Not clever of you.

Right, because 'People v. Mackey' was about a burglary charge, which is a long known criminal act that when you illegally enter an abode you are presumed to be there to burgle the premises.

One wonders why Trump hasn't hired these legal masterminds for his defense.

AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Zzz

One wonders what manboobs, the cackling imbecile, is laughing about. It said nothing funny or even slightly intelligent.

Hey, you all were playing dumb like you didn't know what the crime was. I just told you. We can see the jurisdiction and legal code stuff play out in court... Hope I helped

Whether you believe the source or evidence is irrelevant. Thats what gets sorted out during the trial. Y'all were pretending like there was no crime. I was simply telling you what the crime was... and a bit shocked that after all this time y'all didn't even know what it was. Thats kinda sad

I'm telling you the case the prosecution is making and the crimes he is being prosecuted for. If the evidence bores out then thats what trump will be convicted of.
