Then again. Maybe not. And without specifying what that alleged underlying crime “was,” which Trump supposedly had the intent to commit or conceal, the jury will be left to guess and speculate. And their verdict might not be unanimous. (A non-unanimous verdict would properly be the basis for reversing any conviction.)
This case is all about prosecutorial political partisanship. It is a lawless thing.
