A hint: When a terrorist actor is identified in Israel (say, a suicide bomber), they used to tear down the person's home, thus punishing their family. I don't know if they still do that or not.

If a family or a mosque or an Imam is identified as aiding or supporting the bad guy, that family, mosque, or imam should be punished in some very visible and painful way.

It is also worth considering for Western Democracies to simply bar the door to Muslim immigrants. Period. If they don't like things where they are, they can either work to change them, or go to another Muslim country (there are plenty of them). There is no reason why England, France, Scandinavia, the U.S., Canada, and so on should be the "lucky" ones to get these people. As for the ones who are already here, we are stuck with them, but maybe they will successfully assimilate. That's what they claim to want, right?

While I don't agree with barring entry based on religion, at the rate of ever increasing terrorist attacks, countries will start banning entry to Muslims eventually. Countries are simply going to get fed up with this fucking bullshit as they don't want their citizens to be living in perpetual fear, and Islam will be relegated to the predominately Muslim countries only, where they'll eventually destroy themselves.

There isn't just one or two actions, I think you gotta go after them on a number of fronts.

1. Go after their money. Go after anybody who is funding them. Hard.

2. Ramp up our intel services. Identify and find them.

3. Don't let them come into our country if we aren't sure who they are. Do not depend on another country's vetting, and improve ours as much as possible.

4. Grab 'em if you can, and squeeze 'em for intel. Screw their rights, if they're aiding and abetting or training terrorists then IMHO it's them or us. Nothing is worth a bunch of dead kids.

5. Countries that harbor these people go on our shit list. We make it hurt bad if you're allowing these guys in your borders, if you can't go after 'em then tell us where they are and I mean pronto.

6. If you can't grab 'em, kill 'em by any means necessary.
