guns will always be available to criminals who are willing to pay for them, there have been mass shootings in Norway, New Zealand, Australia where there are very strict gun laws. In the UK, mass killers have used trucks and cars and bombs and machetes and knives.

California has some of the most strict gun control laws in the country. How would additional laws have prevented this catastrophe?
