What Trump needs to ask all Americans Thursday night.

For the third time it's in the indictments page I linked you.

The jury didn't have to agree on it as I have told you.

Please link the law that says the jury has to agree on secondary crimes.

I didn't see any dates, did you?

The jury didn't have to agree on it as I have told you.

Exactly.

Please link the law that says the jury has to agree on secondary crimes.

Or the law that says they don't have to 100% agree to convict.

Sure. That will work.

I'm still waiting.

The irony is we’re waiting for you to post the charge that was the felony
I did.

Why are you ignoring 175.1?

Here it is again.

§ 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree.

A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree
when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second
degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit
another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.

Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.

Do jury verdicts in New York have to be unanimous?

On Behalf of Law Office of Bryan E. Cameron | Dec 15, 2020 | blog, Criminal defense
In most states, the jury’s verdict must be unanimous to convict a defendant. Before April 2020, Louisiana and Oregon didn’t require a unanimous decision, which caused thousands of people to be put behind bars. However, the Supreme Court ruled in April that all jury verdicts must be uncontested to result in a conviction regardless of the state. Now many people are wondering if the courts should rehear past cases as a result of this ruling.

Fauci fumbled the pandemic, you idiot!

The economy was fantastic before COVID and the DEMs forced shutdown in their states.

The War had not had a single American death in a year, but Bident lost 13 in one suicide bomber attack.

Trump was doing fine in 2020. Biden was already suffering from dementia, much like you are right now!
Who did Fauci answer to? You were in charge once, so where did the buck stop?

Yes, Trump was having a ball with taxpayer money.

I did.

Who friggin cares? not one question of the man in office now having top spend a week at Camp David to prepare for a debate. That in itself is an indictment on the ones who indicted Trump. And supposedly he is doing his Presidential duties.
