"What's the difference between a Democrat and a socialists?

It's a trick question as there really is no practical difference at all. Both believe in redistribution of wealth to achieve a political agenda.
Your side believes in wealth redistribution too. When they gave the rich and corporations tax breaks they basically shifted the tax burden more onto us and now Republicans are raising our taxes.

The rich use to have 75% of the pie and now they have 90% and you're crying for them? You're a God damn fool.
Keep your suspenders on, pa.
Point exactly to where in my post I "cry" for the very rich. Looks like I hit a nerve when I pointed out the redistributionist left.
I'm for the wealthy paying their share (though they already do pay 70% of all collected federal income taxes) and I'm for Obama and the left stopping their milking of the middle class in order to support our metastasizing welfare state.
You're a God damned idiot.
Your conclusion proves the nerve hit was yours, son. The rich are not paying their fair share as a matter of fact as the numbers above show. I am tired of the Congress milking the middle class and allowing the rich to increase their unfair share even more.
There's no nerve to hit as I've only pointed out how the left and socialists both believe in redistribution of income. Go ahead and disagree and demonstrate your lack of understanding.

You have given a mere assertion, worthless in and of itself. "Redistribution of income" as you are using the term, poorly, is done by both parties.

obama is out to destroy the means for people to produce sufficiently to be counted in the middle of the cultural economic scale.
What a stupidassertion. Show us where the President is preventing the middle class from maintaining its wealth. Congress, son, originates tax law.

Like ObamaCare.... fucking idiot!
That's an unproven assertion. Defend it with facts while accounting for the flattening curve of health care costs.

You are so fucking easy to bitch slap, you DemocRAT Dog!

SCOTUS Upholds ObamaCare Mandate As Tax Even Though It s Not a Tax

Keys' deviousness as obvious as the old hound dog sidling toward the front door he has been told to stay away from. Keys is getting ready to run away from the argument yet again.

In terms of OP, the whole of the far right here cannot define their terms and make their argument. Their attempts are laughable.

Tea Party=Republican=Conservative=Fascist

In truth, fascism is socialism. To claim Americans fascist is akin to claiming black is white. The two concepts are in reality, thus in truth, antithetical to one another (Gilligan, that means that they're the opposite of one another).

This tactic of re-labeling Leftist failure as the failure of those who oppose the Left is merely a presentation of the mental disorder (Delusional sociopathy) that is required for one to BE a socialist.

And who can blame them... even as we discuss this, we find the fascist Eugenicism which spawned Planned Parenthood, is not only responsible for murdering hundreds of thousands of the Black Lives that Matter, each and every YEAR, but they're SELLING THE REMAINS OF THOSE BLACK BABIES (along with the white and brown one's too...), demonstrating that they have absolutely NO KINSHIP WITH AMERICA, at all.

In reality, thus in truth, the addled adherents to socialism simply advocate for Foreign Ideas Hostile TO the principles that define America... not the least of which is that ALL human being are created equal, endowed by their Creator with self-evident rights, to their LIFE... .

And of course, your being here to deny that is proof in and of itself that you are a fascist and you're here to foment a feckless rationalization to avoid being held to account for such.
No Gilligan, in truth fascism is not socialism. Private businesses and industry in fascist Germany and Italy remained profit making capitalist businesses when the fascist took over and many are still some of the biggest businesses in Germany and Italy till the present day. You distort everything to fit your partisan agenda, even the declaration that all men are created equal. You have changed it to human beings. So which is accurate, all men or all human beings? After a while a bunch little white lies turn into a bundle of bull shit.

No, fascism is socialism......those businesses were under the control of the German Government.
American industry is under the control of the three branches of the US government. Control is not the key word to define socialism and fascism. Ownership is. In socialism the industry or business is owned by the state. In fascism the industry or business is owned privately.

Mises Daily Mises Institute

Nevertheless, apart from Mises and his readers, practically no one thinks of Nazi Germany as a socialist state. It is far more common to believe that it represented a form of capitalism, which is what the Communists and all other Marxists have claimed.

The basis of the claim that Nazi Germany was capitalist was the fact that most industries in Nazi Germany appeared to be left in private hands.

What Mises identified was that private ownership of the means of production existed in name only under the Nazis and that the actual substance of ownership of the means of production resided in the German government. For it was the German government and not the nominal private owners that exercised all of thesubstantive powers of ownership: it, not the nominal private owners, decided what was to be produced, in what quantity, by what methods, and to whom it was to be distributed, as well as what prices would be charged and what wages would be paid, and what dividends or other income the nominal private owners would be permitted to receive. The position of the alleged private owners, Mises showed, was reduced essentially to that of government pensioners.

De facto government ownership of the means of production, as Mises termed it, was logically implied by such fundamental collectivist principles embraced by the Nazis as that the common good comes before the private good and the individual exists as a means to the ends of the State. If the individual is a means to the ends of the State, so too, of course, is his property. Just as he is owned by the State, his property is also owned by the State.

But what specifically established de facto socialism in Nazi Germany was the introduction of price and wage controls in 1936. These were imposed in response to the inflation of the money supply carried out by the regime from the time of its coming to power in early 1933. The Nazi regime inflated the money supply as the means of financing the vast increase in government spending required by its programs of public works, subsidies, and rearmament. The price and wage controls were imposed in response to the rise in prices that began to result from the inflation.

Hayek on nazism....

Nazism is Socialism

But the dominant feature is a fierce hatred of anything capitalistic-individualistic profit seeking, large scale enterprise, banks, joint-stock companies, department stores, "international finance and loan capital," the system of "interest slavery" in general; the abolition of these is described as the "basis of the programme, around which everything else turns." It was to this programme that the masses of the German people, who were already completely under the influence of collectivist ideas, responded so enthusiastically.

That this violent anti-capitalistic attack is genuine, and not a mere piece of propaganda, becomes as clear from the personal history of the intellectual leaders of the movement as from the general milieu from which it springs. It is not even denied that many of the young men who today play a prominent part in it have previously been communists or socialists.

Mises and Hayek do not use the regularly and traditionally accepted terminology for socialism and fascism. They are reactionary far right theorists who if their schemes are followed will return the American working class to poverty if given the chance.

They argue against regulations and government as if all governments and regulations are bad

Anyone seen anyone here or anywhere else arguing 'against regulations' or government?

.

.

.

Anyone?

.

.

.

Anyone at all?
Have you guys stopped complaining about regulations? Good. It was a right wing talking point for far too long.
Yeah, they were, and now they realize they failed that and will try something else.

Like a small child, Viginante shows his intelligence and class with a goofy picture.
That bitch slap your stupidity EVERY FUCKING TIME....I LOVE doing this to LOW 2 digit IQ'd liberals!
Most of the time you can hardly get out a credible sentence. "That bitch slap your stupidity...." and than go on to talk about IQ'd. Buffoon describes you well.

True. Republicans haven't been purists and have gone along with giving others people's money away to blunt democrat criticisms
(the responsible parent will always be the more unpopular parent).

But looking at the most recent trillion dollar give away program (Obama Care) it's east to see which party uses redistribution of wealth as a cornerstone of their party strategy. As the saying goes, anyone that robs Peter to pay Paul will always have Paul's vote.

How you are using "redistribution of wealth" is debatable, but no question the Dems are more the populist party than the Pubs.
