You mean the time when, under Stalin's leadership, the Soviet Union signed a peace pact with Nazi Germany that divided Poland between them? You mean the time when, under Stalin's leadership, the Soviet Union saved Europe, and indeed the entire world, from the nazi yoke, and then, true to its allied duty, helped the United States defeat militaristic Japan?
After the USSR throughout the 1930s tried its best to organize collective security in Europe against Hitler, despite the reluctance of England and France, and even after the shameful surrender of Czechoslovakia to Hitler in 1938, the USSR still tried to negotiate with the Allies .You mean the time when, under Stalin's leadership, the Soviet Union signed a peace pact with Nazi Germany that divided Poland between them?
"Putin has never been “liked” by the left"The left doesn’t hate Putin because of Trump
Putin has never been “liked” by the left
Putin’s election interference in favor of trump was just one more brick in the load.
I was shocked when rumors began in Sept of 2016 of Russian involvement and Trump’s public calls for more of it.
I THOUGHT that would be career killer… but not for Republicans
“in 1974, the anti-poverty center filed a lawsuit that found that between 100,000 and 150,000 poor people were sterilized each year in federally funded programs”We should be commending Russians for ending the USSR, one of the most evil regimes of all time, and doing it peacefully.
You really don’t know. WTF? Don’t they teach history in Moscow?“in 1974, the anti-poverty center filed a lawsuit that found that between 100,000 and 150,000 poor people were sterilized each year in federally funded programs”
Can you guess the democratic and free country?
Off course it is Empire of Good. Good old-fashioned eugenics, born of capitalism.
“Since 1909, California has led the U.S. in the number of sterilization procedures performed on men and women, often without their full knowledge and consent.”
“Dr. Rutecki writes about the forced sterilization of Native Americans in the 1970s and 1980s, giving the example of women, who had their fallopian tubes tied during surgery to remove their appendix. From 1970 to 1976, between 25% and 50% of Native American women were sterilized.”
Out of British and American eugenics sprouted German Nazism...
Unwanted Sterilization and Eugenics Programs in the United States
A shameful part of America’s history.www.pbs.org
But never mind that, tell us about the horrors of Stalin's time.
Sad case. 132 hostages died out of the 912 taken. The terrorists would have killed all 912. The Russians, not being Americans killed all 40 terrorists and saved the cost of a trial for 40.
You tell it to the families of those that were saved. You would have preferred that the terrorists had killed all 912.tell that to the rooooskie families of those killed.
At the end of the 80s, when the Russian proto-bourgeoisie decided to put our Soviet future under the cork-headed monsters, the information above was already in the public domain, that the British crown was flooded with pedophiles, and half of Thatcher's Cabinet of Ministers raped children.Out of British and American eugenics sprouted German Nazism...
Dude...at least try to pretend you're not a Kremlin trollAfter the USSR throughout the 1930s tried its best to organize collective security in Europe against Hitler, despite the reluctance of England and France, and even after the shameful surrender of Czechoslovakia to Hitler in 1938, the USSR still tried to negotiate with the Allies .
When in the summer of 1939 it became clear that England France is not interested in this and Poland does not agree to let the Red Army through its territory to fight Hitler, it became clear that the USSR is left alone with Germany.
In August 1939, the USSR was already in an armed conflict with Japan, in these circumstances, Germany proposed to conclude a pact of NON-AGGRESSION. The same pact that ALL European countries had already concluded with Germany years earlier. This gave the USSR almost two years to prepare for war with Germany. And it was not the USSR's fault that the Allies lost so shamefully and quickly to Hitler.
And Poland was not a friend of the USSR, moreover, it was an outright enemy and up to 1939 was planning the campaign against the USSR with the Wehrmacht.
By the way, after the partition of Poland, the USSR took those lands that were planned for Russia according to the Curzon Line in 1920, the territories of Western Ukraine and Western Belorussia, most of which were part of the Russian Empire and were lost during the Russian Civil War.
It's just that I know the history. I mean what happened.Dude...at least try to pretend you're not a Kremlin troll
