The legal rules that were applied in trump's lawsuits are decades old, and more. Arguing that all judicial decisions are based on political affiliations is ridiculous. There are some judges like Alito, who announces how he will rule based on his own bigotry in a particular situation before he even reads the briefs or hears oral argument, but this is not normal or expected. trump lost because his theories went against our laws.
