Where does the GOP go from here?

Screw the GOP. They should have given the people & workers the tax cuts & bailouts. But instead the first thing Trump & Republicans did was give the Elite tax cuts & took away SALT deductions for the people. They also gave the Elite $6+Trillion bailout but held our $2,000 stimulus hostage to get liability protection for the Elite!
Congress is majority Democrat and that is where the bills come from. But you are correct in that the elites took care of the elites.
No! - Not when the Elite tax cuts & take away of SALT deductions for the people passed & Trump signed it, it was all Republican!!!
More Dems voted for it than Reps.

The last fig leaf is gone. The GOP, defeated and fragmented is now going to have to weave it's broken parts together and limp along, after spending 5 years backing a tin - pot dictator who would rather incite goon squads to riot and kill their own citizens, rather than accept the outcome of an election. When Al Gore and Hillary Clinton lost their elections, they were angry...but never resorted to violence, choosing instead to make their grievances known in the courts. Republicans can try to spin this horrific event, but it won't work.

So - Where does the GOP go from here? Do they return to their Conservative roots which have been the traditional place for the "angry white man" who's political power is slowly eroding due to changing demographics, or do they continue to back an obese ex President, who faces a mountain of legal and financial problems once he leaves office? Either way; the future of the GOP is not a pretty one. :dunno:
SECESSION. The Red United States of America, separate from the Blue United States of America.

Conservatives want this. Liberals don't. Not hard to guess why they don't.

trump has trashed the GOP, you thought they were confused before Trump was elected now they have to purge the party to get rid of traitorous Trumpsters.
Exactly the OPPOSITE of that is true. Trump cleansed the GOP, and made it and America great. The RINOs are who need to be purged. >> McConnell, Sasse, Kemp, and all those who voted to certify Biden.

The GOP is Kaput (along with America) because the Communist Party USA (formerly known as the Democrat Party) has learned how to steal elections.

The US will never have another legitimate election unless there is a revolution to restore the Republic.

Of course the GOP establishement bending the knee to the Communists doesn't help at all. They will be slaves to their Communists masters and take the crumbs rather than fight for America.

Only 13 more days of freedom left in this country thanks to the Useful Idiots.

Trump isn't important, and is in fact too much of an unwanted distraction. Many people who are accused of being Trump supporters are in favor of many of the policies initiated during Trump's administration and have no allegiance to Trump. Policies are important. I am one of those people.
Sure. "Trump supporter" has become a flashpoint cry among Democrats constantly looking to demonize, distract, deflect, and distort. They know that if/when everyone knows the truth, their absurd party might cease to exist. It can only be propped up by massive election fraud, hoodwinking of lesser intellect blacks, and the importation of foreigners beholden to them.

1. The GOP is NOT kaput. The state idiots need to fix their election laws like FL did.
2. The state GOPs need to get off their asses and organize voters like Stacy Abrams did. She outworked and outsmarted the GA GOP.
3. The "useful idiots" were the crazies who trashed the House and Senate.

Well, it's an interesting question:

As it stands today... for republicans, the litmus test for 2022 is simple. "Do you think Trump won the 2020 election?" or "Do you think Democrats stole the 2020 election?". As it stands now...if you want to win your primary....your answer has to be yes. An answer of "no" will not suffice and you will not be on the ballot in the general election in 2022 because there will be a challenge for your seat from some middle aged white dude who will say, "yes" and that is where blob supporters will migrate. .
So those who want to win an election have to adopt an absurd position that is counter to the facts, truth, and runs counter to our democracy.

2024? I don't think Trump will have the staying power for 2024. I've underestimated the blob before though.

Everyone already knows that the election was stolen.
Except for the courts and the electors.

I'm not this pessimistic. I sense that election fraud is going to be eradicated, slowly but surely, and eventually elections will bring Republicans back to power, in the US govt. There still is a lot of Republican power in the STATES. Example: Florida has Republican control of Governor, House, Senate, and Supreme Court.

Actually, the GOP has a bright future -- at least in theory.

In the coming decades, enough Americans will become so sick & tired of the Democratic dictatorship that they will vote in droves for Republicans -- IF the Dems will allow honest elections (and that's a big "if").

1. The 2022 mid-terms should get the House and Senate back to the GOP
2. The 2024 election should have the GOP candidate kick Kamala's ass.

I'm not looking at "decades" of democrat rule. They had to cheat to beat Trump.
The GOP got beat and outsmarted by Stacy Abrams. That needs to be fixed.

I would respectfully disagree.

The Democrats run the districts and they do the do the counting.

We have seen the cowardice of the Federal government, State governments and the Courts to hold them accountable. I mean the damn Chief Justice of the Supreme Court said he didn't want to rule on anything lest there be riots.

I don't think it going to get fixed in a long time, maybe never. Nobody relly gives a shit. The people that do like when we saw the Patriots storm the Capitol are too few in numbers.

The Republic is over now. It was a good run but the Communists won in the end.

They couldn't defeat us militarily but we let them kill us from within.

Yea THAT'S what America needs...a crazy third world country on it's border. This "seceded" America would make Mexico look stable and safe. In fact it would end up looking like a South American dictatorship with everything that entails.

Like the chick said in Red Dawn "everything is different now".

The Democrats have learned how to steal elections. We will never have another legitimate election because the Democrats control swing voting districts, do the counting and create the unverified ballots.

Until we start having stiff punishment for voter fraud it will continue. The Courts or law enforcement don't seem much interested so the Democrats will continue to do it.

Then how did the Republicans win a majority in 2016?
