In this case it is 12 docs...that the Biden people found and began the process of getting them to the archives as soon as they were found

So no. It's not 'the same".

Biden was a VP. He didn't have ANY authority to have top secret and SCI material.

B. The VP absolutely has the clearance to have classified material.

Trump didnt hide the documents. The FBI had always known they were there and no one claimed that they werent. Unlike Trump, Biden took these in secret, told no one and he was only VP at the time, so he wasnt legally allowed to have those documents. Only a president can declassify.

After returning a small porton of the documents to the NA, Trump and his attporney issued a sworn affadavit, which means everything they were saying was under oath, that everything had been returned. This was well before the FBI got involved. So they lied, umder oath.
