Where Is The Heavily Armed Raid By The FBI? Biden / Democrats Demonstrate Corrupt 2-Tiered Justice System

Trump declassified those documents that you are saying were classified. The corrupt FBI still went after him.

The truth is, Trump will never be charged because he had the authority to take those documents.
No he actually didn't declasify them. The president has the authority to order documents to be Declassified, But they are not officially declassified until their markings are altered. The fact that these documents still had classification markings means that they were still officially classified.

And stealing presidential documents is a felony re gardless a whether they're classified or not. Under federal law specifically the Presidential records act, All Official documents belonging to the White House have to be handed over to the national archives when a president leaves office. It is a felony to illegally retain official documents without permission regardless of whether they are classified or not.

He returned all classified documents. Yes, that is true and he swore so under oath. The documents he had at Mara Lago were declassified, so those wouldnt apply.

they were not de classified. there is a specific protocol regarding that & just 'cause donny claims he did by just opening that orange piehole of his - does NOT mean they were.

The U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals wrote in a 2020 decision about whether statements made by then-President Trump declassified the existence of a CIA program that “declassification, even by the president, must follow established procedures.”

If a document is declassified, that doesn’t automatically mean it can be shared widely, either. For example, nuclear information – which is generally classified – is also protected by the federal Atomic Energy Act of 1954, McClanahan explained.
Yes, the president can declassify documents, but there isn’t a set protocol they have to follow

The Atomic Energy Acts of 1946 and 1954 produced an even stranger category of classified knowledge. Anything related to the production or use of nuclear weapons and nuclear power is inherently classified, and Trump could utter whatever words he pleased yet still be in possession of classified material. Where are our nuclear warheads? What tricks have we developed to make sure they work? This information is “born secret” no matter who produces it. The restrictions on documents of this type are incredibly tight...
Not Even the President Can Declassify Nuclear Secrets

The Washington Post reported the FBI searched Mar-a-Lago for “nuclear documents,” among other classified information.
“Because [nuclear information] has this dual protection, even if you declassify a nuclear document, you cannot disseminate it because it’s still what’s called Restricted Data,” McClanahan said.
“So to the extent that he [Trump] had any nuclear information in there, declassification would not help him in the slightest, because he would still be disseminating restricted data or moving Restricted Data,” he added.
There are other federal laws in place that bar a president from taking government records, whether they are classified or declassified. Still, breaking those laws – or most other laws – doesn’t automatically disqualify someone from becoming president, because of the simple presidential qualifications that are outlined in the U.S. Constitution.

facts are pesky things - aren't they?
WHAT IS THE SIGNIFICANCE OF STANDARD DECLASSIFICATION MARKINGS?

The intent of uniform, conspicuous and standard markings is to leave no doubt about the classified status of the information. If standard declassification markings are not affixed to declassified records uncertainty is created for cleared holders of the record as to its classification status.

Except the affidavit that he swore Was made months before the FBI found dozens of more boxes on his property containing Classify documents.

He swore that affidavit well before the search warrant was issued. That is why the national archive sought a search warrant with the FBI to begin with because they didn't believe that Donald Trump was telling the truth and he wasn't.

That is false. None of that applies in 2023. Fake Washington Post stories arent going to cut it. There is NO written procedure for how a president declassifies documents. NONE whatsoever. Thats why Trump hasnt been charged, nor will he EVER be charged for it. You have been misled by your irresponsible left wing media.

Here you go....

Trump added to the confusion when he said in an interview with Fox personality Sean Hannity, “There doesn’t have to be a process, as I understand it. ... If you’re the president of the United States, you can declassify just by saying it’s declassified. Even by thinking about it.”

Most national security legal experts dismissed the former president’s suggestion that he could declassify documents simply by thinking about it. But as an ABA Legal Fact Check posted Oct. 17 explains, legal guidelines support his contention that presidents have broad authority to formally declassify most documents that are not statutorily protected, while they are in office

You lose, i win. Thanks for playing.

did you even read yer own link?

Some secrets, such as information related to nuclear weapons, are handled separately under a specific statutory scheme that Congress has adopted under the Atomic Energy Act. Those secrets cannot be automatically declassified by the president alone and require, by law, extensive consultation with executive branch agencies.

In all cases, however, a formal procedure is required so governmental agencies know with certainty what has been declassified and decisions memorialized.

^^^ which is EXACTLY what i said.

AND there are no witness' claiming to have heard him declassify anything found at his residence.

AND it's actually a red herring anyway BECAUSE THEY DID NOT BELONG TO HIM WHETHER THEY WERE UBER TOP SECRET OR NOT.

DECLASSIFIED OR NOT.

yer chosen one is a thief at best. but he's a traitor at worst.

It isn't a big deal.

Biden's attorney's found the documents, and immediately reported them and turned them in. They couldn't have been that important, because the Archives weren't even looking for them.

Trump openly defied the National Archives on the return of much more classified documents. He was asked to return those documents for two years and refused to.

Now, there is one difference. Trump spent years denouncing his own intelligence agencies, which is why they probably had very little sympathy for his bullshit.
Sure, Baghdad Bob.

i know Trump personally. he doesn't have nuclear secrets, i can assure you

I never said that he had authority to declassify documents. That has nothing to do with anything relating to this.

The fact is that Biden's team found documents that hadn't been returned to the national archive after he left office and notified the national archive that the documents had been found and returnedthem.

You are trying to equate that with what happened with trump. The fact is that there is no evidence that Biden knew the documents hadn't been returned until they were found.
This is completely different than what happened with trump because Trump knowingly took the documents as he was leaving office when he would no longer have clearance.

There was a clear distinction between the two.
Biden broke the law by having the documents, in the first place.

It's only considered a crime to wilfully remove documents or to keep documents that you have no access to. That is where the differences.
There was no evidence that by knew he had the documents and they were returned immediately when they were found.

Trump on the other hand stole documents from the White House when he was leaving office. So there is and a willful action on trump's part to break the law.

Gross negligence is also a legal standard in the Espionage Act.

Creepy Pants Joe violated the law when he didn't return the documents, after he left office.

Trump was officially still president when he and the documents arrived at Mar A Lago. That is perfectly legal, if you want to argue about the return of them you can. Poopeypants had to know the documents were there because how else would they get in his office? He took them, along with who knows what else, and had no authority as VP to do so or especially when he held no office at all

How do you know there is no evidence Biden didn't know the documents were in his overpaid office in a closet over a restaurant? Did they walk there by themselves?

He sure as hell wasn’t President after noon Jan 20. When did the docs get there?

When were they recovered?
