When an employer hires an all white staff, undocumented workers, or a cross section of America, I'm for the businessman.
When the businessman screws with his workers and takes advantage of them, I'm for the employee. For example, I worked for an employer that required employees to be on time, never miss a day, and work mandatory overtime. Then, when the employee needs a day off or some special scheduling to handle important business, there is a problem. Just because you work for someone, you're not their slave.
