But more often than not, white progressives' newfound obsession with opposing white supremacy isn't helping. It's coming at Black people's expense.

What is happening is that white supremacy has become more openly expressed again. The age of white supremacists has never stopped. There is no civil war going on unless you're a white supremacist and want America to be a white supremacist nation. The white elites aren't using jack shit.
