Those stats are for all opioid overdose deaths, not only heroin. Eric Arthur Blair made a comment about heroin overdoses.

Death from opioids is death. I don't care about specific "brands." Whites are UNDER REPRESENTED. Blacks are over represented.

So you don't care that you are telling someone they are wrong based on information that isn't specifically about their comment? Good to know.
