Well, if the 20th century American economy my Polish ancestors migrated to somehow benefited from slavery, then so did all within that American economy, including Blacks.

A.) In the elite political ranks almost no Republicans, nor Democrats are anti-Black.

B.) While it maybe true that there's more anti-Black Republicans, obviously there's some anti-Black Democrats too, not only are some Whites supportive of social programs, or unions being both pro-Democrat, but anti-Black, but some Hispanics, Jews, and Asians who are supportive of Democrat values, are also anti-Black.
