So what time is it in "new york" right now, lol?

I still don't believe anybody is worse than LBJ. He put the lives of Soviet and Chinese military advisors ahead of those of our pilots in Vietnam, while his involvement of investigations into the JFK assassination and of the USS Liberty incident are highly suspect. How much lower does it get?

I'm certain you've had the need to look up imbecile numerous times.Nor do I mind proving you so....

It gets lower. Remember Johnson's "Great Society" that ultimately destroyed the black family as a unit? Fathers took off and let the taxpayers rear the kids and then more kids, bringing the earned income concept to the moms so they could keep birthing them without a dad in the home.

Johnson's Great Society was aimed at expanding civil rights, public broadcasting, access to health care, aid to education and the arts, urban and rural development, and public services. He sought to create better living conditions for low-income Americans by spearheading the war on poverty.
FAIL!!!!!

But in my opinion, Obama has been the worst. He made his campaign promises come true and started the wheels turning into the nut house it is to this day: “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” — Barack Obama, October 30, 2008

And Michelle before him: “We are going to have to change our conversation; we’re going to have to change our traditions, our history; we’re going to have to move into a different place as a nation.” — Michelle Obama, May 14, 2008

A LOT of people are comparing Biden to Carter and saying both are almost tied for worst Presidents

And where I understand that Carter was a horrible president....on a personal level he actually was a nice guy. Always willing to help anyone and everyone generously. Never lived in a mansion after his presidency....lives in a normal sized house you or I might.

His politics and policies? Absolute disaster! Just about destroyed this nation. Absolutely did not understand the Job he was supposed to do and his wife was just as useless as he was.

Biden is almost the same way. (Policy and politically disastrous) Except a lot more interested in personal gain than anything else. He has done a couple decent things that the Republicans whine over currently.

I do not understand the Trump hate...sure personally the man is an egotistical pig and bully...but that's wealthy schmucks for the most part. His policies weren't anything egregious. (Despite claims to the contrary). Biden has been fumbling massively but Democrats/progressives back him and are running wild because they flat out do not respect him enough to care if he approves of their outlandish agendas or not and he doesn't half know what they are truly up to.
Trump also had highly incompetent staffers as well as those running their own agendas. Because he is an outsider. Not a Washington insider.

Carter gave us Iran.

Khomeini and his allies in Iran actually reached out to the Americans, to whom he promised a) to hold the country together, calming the unrest, b) to keep the communists out, and c) to keep the oil flowing. That’s all Carter had to hear! Carter then intercedes with the Iranian military on behalf of Khomeini and in opposition to Bakhtiar, and that the US would not support any coup in favor of the Shah. In 1991, Bakhtiar was assassinated.

a. Carter believed that Khomeini would support democracy, contrary to all that he had written while in exile. In over 110 interviews he gave in Paris in the three months prior to re-entering Iran, he never mentioned the rule of the ‘juriscouncil,’ the clerical guardianship, i.e., the regime in control currently. He promised that he would retire to a life of study, and “…leave all powers to the people.”

b. The first constitution that was written was democratic! Khomeini flew to Iran in February, ’79. Within weeks he began to marginalize democracy forces. Soon a new constitution was written with the rule of the guardians at its center. November 4, of ’79 was the attack on the US embassy and taking of the hostages for 444 days.

Dr. Abbas Milani is he Director of the Iranian Studies Program at Stanford University. His recent book is “The Shah,” is based on ten years studying the archives of the United States and of Britain. The following is from his recent lecture on that subject.

It's a shame too....
Iran was once the Paris of the Middle East with extremely modern shops, television, clothing styles, automobiles, and was relatively peaceful....they still have the best saffron in the world.

Now it's oppressed, stunted economically, and burkahs&beards everywhere. Nobody wants to go there.

My favorite…the nexus of politics and history! And in today’s listicle, the work of one of the most astute and eruite intellects, Ben Shapiro. I came upon his piece of that title, Five Worst Presidents, and just had to share it!

The fifth worst President was Jimmy Carter, who did amazingly good job of damaging America given that he only lasted four years.

  • Stagflation- high levels of inflation and stagnation.
  • Huge unemployment rates
  • Gasoline lines
  • The Iranian Revolution and the Hostage Crisis
  • Said he would reverse our “inordinate fear of communism,” followed by the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan
  • After his presidency he hung out with Hamas, and wrote speeches for Yasir Arafat
  • Brokered the North Korean deal that led to North Korea having nuclear weapons
That was from Ben, but let me add Carter’s lie about being a nuclear scientist.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out Carter’s party…..the Democrats.

And be sure to pay attention to the party affiliation of each of the next four Worst Presidents.
