Iran should win. They have every right to build weapons, that is what nations do. It's not like Israel asked the permission of the world before building theirs.The talks were not a failure but a success.
Iran managed to get sanctions eased, and they will never come back, in exchange for a meaningless promise to spend some time in a nice area and talk to people they despise. Obama traded a temporary victory in the news spin cycle for total defeat and loss of any credibility. Iran won, Obama lost.

Obama has gotten Iran to convert all of their enriched uranium:
Iran completes process of eliminating enriched uranium
Iran has turned all of its enriched uranium closest to the level needed to make nuclear arms into more harmless forms, the UN nuclear agency says.
The conversion of its stock of 20%-enriched uranium was part of a deal to curb Iran's nuclear programme.
The US said last week it would unblock $2.8bn in frozen Iranian funds in return for Iran's compliance.

Iran has turned all its enriched uranium closest to the level needed to make nuclear arms into less potent forms, the United Nations' nuclear agency has said.
Tehran committed to convert or dilute its 20-percent-enriched stockpile under an agreement with six powers last November that froze its atomic programs pending negotiations on a comprehensive deal. Those talks were extended Saturday to Nov. 24, 2014.
The development was noteworthy in reflecting Iran's desire to continue the diplomatic process with the six countries — the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany.
