Who has the power to invoke the 25th amendment.

Due to a medical history of brain problems it is very possible perhaps even likely ole joe will have a stroke before the end of his term.

Will it be kept a secret like the Woodrow Wilson case. After all biden has set a precedent of hiding out and avoiding the press.

So they could just keep him down in the basement....maybe occasionally glue his eyes open and wheel him out for a photo op.

If Mr. Biden had to drop out before January 20, I guess that Ms. Harris would logically take the oath of President.
