Who's a mod and who's not?

Although anyone can go to the bottom of the forum and click on 'Forum Leaders' and that would show the entire staff, I've been asked if there was a better way, and insignia of sorts (Thanks, dilloduck!).

I've made a few adjustments and now on the top right of an admin or mods post it displays 'USMB STAFF' in a blue box. Hopefully this will help some more.
