This issue isn't going to be solved by attacking people. We as an society need to build these people up and maybe one day they'll solve things. Whites cracking down with a baseball bat is just going to make things worse and probably destroy this country. We need to make the police violence issue a issue that effects us all and work to solve it..We need to move away from racial issues as we're a multi-racial society.

White supremacy comes from your attitude that white people can possibly solve this problem without causing severe damage on our society with a baseball bat to another race. That isn't the way to do it. White people need to accept that we're a nation of many races and work towards bettering the nation for all and treat other groups with respect. This respect will then build trust and slowly but surely we can work to solve such problems.

The Congress is definitely not the deliberation system we expect it to be. There is no way it is.

Article I, Section 5. defining the rules for legislative order is probably the most overlooked, obvious, inadequacy. It is understandable that the Founders did not know how much more information concerning the rules of order was needed to do it reliably, but it is truly mystifying that political scientists do not describe the peculiarity with the insistence that it needs to be explored for possible control on the partisan problem, because the partisan problem is inevitably generated in the legislative assembly.

A reliable governing system cannot allow the legislative assemblies to make their own rules. There is only one possible reason for it to make sense. Yet, here we are consuming yearly surveys that suggest that a lot of Americans are dissatisfied with Congress, and some members openly declare that the “Congress is broken.” If it is not rules that “fix Congress,” then what else could there be?

To compensate for the inadequacy the Capitol Hill culture has things like majority rules, earmarks, tabs, and pork barrel spending bills, to work within the realm of the unidentified complexity of variables that have to be coordinated between the dominant political parties to maintain the appearance of the congress doing what it is supposed to be doing.

You wrote a lot of words but I’m not sure I understand anything you said… Are you saying we should continue to pretend that off the charts level of black criminality doesn’t exist and be scared shitless to speak about it? Cultural change takes lifetimes. I don't think this would work. Also aggressive police zones would probably create ripples for all citizens.
