The reason Democrats focus on white supremacy and not black criminality is that fewer whites live on the Democratic Plantation who will reliably vote for Democrats even when they fail to deliver on their promises.

A Democrat candidate can promise blacks roses and diamonds but deliver daisies and zirconium election after election and the black voters will blame Republicans for the broken promise.
