Milosevic was just an early innovator in the favorite right-wing cause de jour: "eliminating Muslim extremists". Pinochet killed thousands, and tortured tens of thousands more.

One thing I've noticed is that you guys are really hung up on title. Hitler and Mussolini lead parties with "Socialist" in the name, so you think they were leftists, even though what they actually did (fusion of corporate and state power) is textbook conservatism.

"We guys" don't think Hitler and Mussolini were socialists because they led parties with the word "socialist" in the name. "We guys" think Hitler and Mussolini were socialists because they wanted to be absolute dictators. This means you can't have an economy independent of government control. This is what socialism does. Socialism puts the economy under government control which means the government has absolute power. This is why most dictators in the last century have been socialists. I put this as simply as I could.

You get more replies if your post is 'bait.' But the bait from the left has gotten undeniably vicious. The person who wrote the words in my siggy told another poster he was glad she got shingles. Those posts have now been removed. What kind of people are they? I've never seen anything like it. I worked 25 years as a nurse to help people of all walks of life. This vicious stuff on here these days just blows my mind. The things that are being said are unthinkable. What kind of person says those things?
