They just fabricated something about Russia which you ask 100 people what the details of the supposed crime is and you will get 100 different answers.

I've always liked Putin. He saved Russia after the disaster caused by Yeltsin, destroyed Russian organized crime and put honest hard working Russians back to work. He's overwhelmingly popular in Russia. He serves his people well.

I resent his interference in the U.S. elections, but I know that everyone in the world that can influence the U.S. elections is going to influence them as much as they can.

The real problem isn't Russia's interference in the U.S. elections, the real problem is all the dumb ass Americans that believed and propagated obvious fake news and every lie imaginable. (Clinton was running a child slavery ring out of a pizza parlor in Washington? Seriously?)

Russia isn't the cause of the war in Syria (Israel is)

It wasn't Russia that fed bogus intel to CIA traitors used to justify the disastrous war in Iraq (Israel's Mossad was the source of the WMD hoax)

Putin isn't communist and communists didn't shun religion. The Bolsheviks, however, did kill 66 million white Christians in Russia. They destroyed thousands of churches and hunted down the Christian clergy and executed them with their families. Synagogues, however, were left alone, as were the rabbis.

It's all about the Narrative - as always with Democrats.

Trump pointed out a couple times that Putin is a great "LEADER." This is, of course, true. Putin leads his country and retains great popularity because he is a Great Leader. He is a Thug, but that doesn't detract from his leadership skills.

The Narrative was created that because Trump "praised" Putin, Trump therefore loved and admired Putin, and implicitly agrees with everything Putin has ever done. One regularly reads articles and points in even unrelated articles that support the "Trump loves Vlad" Narrative.

It is total nonsense, of course, but all of the Democrat Narratives are nonsense. The leaders are too cynical to worry about that and the followers are too stupid to realize it.

Democrats don't hate Putin. They are totally indifferent.
