First, about 200k new voters move to Florida per year... that’s 800k if they all vote and only 65% of voters vote. Nowhere near the increase in Florida votes (from CA and NY as you put it). Second, the votes were known in FL because the legislature allowed them to count votes early. The states you question had Republican legislatures not allow early counting.

Which of the following, if any, approximate what you suspect is the major reason:

1. The election merely reflected his having lost the popular vote in 2016 and the public sentiment remaining consistent, as he was relentlessly unpopular in survey after survey throughout his tenure.
2. He repeatedly scoffed at and minimized the threat posed by a pandemic that resulted in over 20 million infections, over 350,000 deaths, and the strain on dedicated healthcare providers to the breaking point.
3. He was the victim of a vast, very mysterious conspiracy in which Republican governors, Republican secretaries of state, Republican attorneys general, Republican county clerks, and Republican judges throughout the land were decisively complicit.
4. He was beaten by a sleepy, senile, corrupt Chinese sock puppet whom the American electorate deemed to be decidedly superior.

I hope all who entertain theories will share their analyses while refraining from vituperation, revilement, and diversionary ploys.

Civil, dispassionate discussion and sprightly discourse concerning causative factors, one might hope, ensue.

Someone once asked me about a person we had discovered had lied about something. I was asked the following question: Why did he lie. My answer was simple and to the point. I said that he was a liar.

Why did Trump lose? He lost because he's a loser. He's been losing for years, but he's always had somebody there to bail him out. If it wasn't his father, it was some bank. And if it wasn't a bank, it was the bankruptcy laws.
And this time, Trump thinks that he can explain away his electoral defeat by claiming the election was stolen. Trump has never learned how to stand on his own feet and take responsibility for the messes he causes. He just blames others while claiming a loss is a victory. Sadly, his sycophantic followers are performing the task he requires of enabling him by supporting his baseless allegations. It's little more than a pathetic symbiotic relationship.

He's also always blamed others for his losses.

Yep, the bankers and economy were responsible for the failure of his casino venture. His dozens of failed business acquisition were due to poor advice from consultants. His disagreements with his brother and sister were their fault. His failed response to the virus was the fault of the Chinese. His lack of attention to the US stockpile of emergency supplies was Obama's fault. The election was lost due to election fraud. The man simple never takes responsibility for failure.

disagree, Trump is a pathological liar who considers the weak fair game. That's as strong a part of his personality as his inability to take responsibility for defeat. It is just who he is and he can't change. We may have had politicians as corrupt as Trump but they had the ability to hide behind created images and scripts. Trump can't do that. What you see is what you get.

Trump's lack of humanity has been a major problem all his life. His Dad drove the idea into his head, that the end certainly does justify the means and that is how he has lived his whole life, screwing his investors, cheating on wives, lying to the media. Whatever it takes to win was ok. That attitude seem to be refreshing to a lot of voters in 2016 who regarded Washington politicians as inept and the scum of the earth so they were not concerned about Trump's lack of morals, empathy, and honesty. However, that attitude didn't play well when thousands of Americans were dying everyday with the virus and Trump treated it with less compassion than a 20% drop in the stock market.

So, Trump is holding out for Americans to get more than the measly $600 asshole Democrats decide is 'enough' for all the pain and suffering they themselves have caused and you come on here telling us he has a 'lack of humanity?' My God, do you even understand the depths of you own ignorance? Trump is not even taking a Presidential salary. How is that screwing anyone? Blaming the spread of the virus on Trump is so disingenuous it's hard to understand anyone being that stupid. But then you TDSers always amaze don't you?
