Yeah.....Try sneaking around in a place such as Jupiter, FL.....Or Alpine, NJ......If a cop sees ANYONE who does not look like they belong in a residential area, the are stopped and asked their business.

That goes both ways. Years ago I used to deliver home medical equipment. Many times I found myself in the wrong neighborhood.

A few times a housing authority cop stopped me just because I was white. He took my drivers license, called in the plate of my company van, questioned me about what I was doing in the projects.

After I convinced them of my business there, they were more than appreciative of my cooperation. On a few occasions, they escorted me to the proper apartment of the patient so I wouldn't get hurt. They confided in me that the only reason they questioned me was because of my race. The only white people that go to the projects are those looking to buy or sell drugs. Hey, I understood. I did whatever I had to do to make the officer as comfortable as I could. Never had a problem with those police.

A great example of the police treating the citizens as their enemies. You weren't a citizen to them, you were a criminal.

The fact that is there is no such thing as institutional racism. That is merely an excuse to allow or to tolerate certain anti social behavior. Its a justification.

Not just the US. Everywhere. Human beings by nature will choose to associate with those who are most like themselves.
And conversely not associate with those who are not like themselves.
We as a species has yet to evolve to the point where our judgments of others do not guide us through life.
For anyone to single out the US as a nation with issues regarding race and culture is absurd.
Every nation has these issues. In fact, of all modern societies ours is one of the most diverse.
The fact is there is much to be done in the black community, but none of the left wing wants to deal with it. So they deflect the conversation in other directions. Because in their minds they are well aware that the inner city people are not ready to settle their differences.
You cannot put that responsibility on anyone else. Especially on those who do not live in these places. These neighborhoods.
