What did Bush do with that projected surplus? Tax cuts...and right back into deficits again

That economic trajectory was accurately predicted by Ross Perot back in '92.

Thogh Chimpola did nothing to altar that trajectory, by starting two wars, the deficits and debt were baked into the taxing and spending trends.
