Why haven't the Democrats passed a Budget in 5 years?

An important one that the media has been ignoring.

Harry Reid and the Democrats in the Senate haven't done their Constituionally required job and passed a budget in 5 years.

The House Republicans have passed several, at least one every year, and the Senate and Harry Reid simply throws them in the corner and forgets about them.

If the Senate Democats would do their job and work on a budget and pass one for the President to sign, there wouldn't be all these issues about CRs and debt ceilings.

Taking over $40 billion away from the most prolific job-creating industries of the day will not do the trick. Oil and gas continue to be in Obama's crosshairs and his proposed budget aims to destroy them.

Because then we face a government shutdown when the CR expires and then the
regime can blame the republicans as being the bad guys in all of this.

The House is responsible for originating budgets.. The REp controlled House has sent a budget over to Harry Reid EVERY YEAR ----
