Mudwhistle, while the history of the democrat party you describe in the op is accurate - David Horowitz admitted this was the plan for past 100 years at least - he was a very prominent member of the Democrat party and knew alot others didn't as to the why's - such as why there were a disproportionate number of black americans drafted and sent to front lines compared to the democrat leaders who went to school instead of going to war as did their own children ( facts don't lie - that can be checked out as can Margaret Sanger's abortion genocide agenda being that of reducing black population ) the truth is the republican party would not accomplish anything significantly different at this point. The Republicans I see in office today, John Boehner, Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Paul Ryan - all traitors who betrayed the American people and the Republican party is now completely over run with these men who put their careers ahead of what is best for America. I no longer see a difference. One party is as corrupt as the other. The GOP has to be abandoned in my opinion. There is no other solution. Perhaps that is why Levin and Palin suggested started the Freedom Party. The problem with that is then you split the party and lose the vote.

Only other solution is to have a public intervention - bring up the voting records of these men and there recorded statements in media about Shameless GOP USA TODAY hit piece - and the men who attacked Bachmann and the other 4 are the first to be publicly shamed and removed from the GOP for siding with terrorists.

That would be John Boehner and John McCain, they should be the first ones put in front of the American people. Then go straight down the line. Problem is with elections in 2014 there isn't enough time for that. '

So plan B is do what Iceland did. Vote out every single member of the Senate and Congress (even the new ones ) and replace them with unknown men - you'd find better men than what we have in the GOP in the phone book or on this message board. That is how corrupt Boehner, McCain, Lindsey Graham and others are. Paul Ryan was a real disappointment. I was told that Newt Gingrich was looking for faces in GOP that had that "baby face" innocent look - to get them elected - that is a disgusting way to run politics if you ask me.

Whatever GOP came up with they would have to keep Newt Gingrich and his kind out of it completely.

It is time for America to return to her senses. I remember an Israeli man who told me the problem with America is that we stopped producing! We used to be an industrious nation manufacturing products and exporting to the world! Today we import everything from China! There is no money coming in! As Zeke has told us! The poor people are the Industry of America today! If we didn't have poor people, we'd all be out of jobs! By gosh! He may be right because according to polls there are more people working for the government than any other group! Imagine that!

I would add to Zeke's list the other major money producer that keeps the economy going ( aside from poor people ) is our prison population! We have more prisoners in prisons in America than any other nation on earth including North Korea, China, or Russia. They are producing products for the govt now at $1.40 an hour and will soon be allowed to compete with private businesses here inside america ( the final nail in the coffin for small business who cannot compete with wages of $1.40 an hour ) which will finish us off. Yes, Folks, the govt is now in private business with the prisons ( another violation of our constitution ) and dependent upon prisoners to compete with other communist nations whose pay scale meets that $1.40 an hour or less our own govt is paying their "workers"...

The truth is there is no recovery plan. The plan America is running off will lead to utter destruction.

And how many people do you personally know that are involved in the care and feeding of poor people? I know three. Two in the county welfare office and one in a non profit. They like their jobs, think they are doing something worthwhile. But it is still an "industry".

How Democrats Exploit Minorities

Democrats have portrayed themselves as the only political party that cares for the needs of minorities, that somehow they are uniquely qualified to help them. But a state senator from Louisiana, Elbert Guillory, recently left the Democratic Party and became a Republican, citing the recent policies of Democrats.

A close look at how the poor fare under Democratic Party control reveals that the Party has not only done very little to improve the long-term economic conditions of minorities but that its policies have a history of destroying the black family and the social conditions under which they live, as long noted by authors and economists Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams.

The American city that has been most completely controlled by Democrats is Chicago. It is a case study of the effects of Democratic policies upon minorities. In a matter of just a few decades Chicago went from being a city that provided great opportunities for blacks to being the most racially segregated and oppressive city in America.

From its very beginning Chicago provided opportunity for blacks. The first non-native American settler in the area was a Haitian black named DuSable. Chicago never had slavery. It had an early abolitionist movement and showcased Abraham Lincoln, who freed the slaves, in debates with Stephen Douglas. The most prominent black magazines, Ebony and Jet, were founded in Chicago. They celebrated black culture and fashion. Oprah Winfrey became a billionaire anchoring her TV show in the City of Chicago.

When blacks first moved to Chicago during WW I in the great migration north they wore black armbands in memory of Lincoln and voted for Republicans, the party of Lincoln. But soon the black attitude toward Republicans changed. By 1920 thousands of blacks worked in Chicago in city and county jobs. But when Anton Cermak was elected mayor, he fired all the blacks and rehired only black Democrats. Black residents were funneled by the Chicago Democratic machine into highly segregated black-only neighborhoods. This segregation and racism has lasted one hundred years and persists to this day.

The Chicago Democratic Machine institutionalized housing segregation more than any American city. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. noted that Chicago's housing segregation was the major cause of poverty among blacks. Mayor Daley I doubled the number of residents in low-income housing from 1960 to 1970 at a time when the population fell by eight percent. Those high-rise buildings allowed Democratic precinct captains to intimidate black voters into voting for Democrats by threatening to take away their apartments. The era of high-rise low-income buildings, portrayed in the TV comedy show Good Times, only ended when a courageous black woman named Dorothy Gautreaux sued the Chicago Housing Authority for racial discrimination. Since then the high-rise buildings have been gradually torn down and blacks are moving to suburbs or out of Illinois entirely.

This segregation was practiced in all major northern cities run by Democrats including Philadelphia, Boston, Baltimore, Boston, D.C., New York, Cleveland, Detroit and many others. While pursuing his civil rights movement in the mid-1960s, Dr. King marched in Chicago and was stunned by the racial hatred he experienced there. In a city that never hosted slavery, Dr. King said "I think people in Mississippi ought to come to Chicago to learn how to hate."

The 2000 Census found that for Chicago to be integrated 90% of the blacks would have to move. And remarkably, of the 10 poorest census tracts in the entire United States, nine of them were located in Chicago's black Congressional Districts of black Congressmen Bobby Rush and Jesse Jackson Jr. When Jesse Jackson Jr. resigned his Congressional seat, Democrats said that he must be replaced by another black. This could serve no other purpose than to preserve Democratic power and maintain the segregationist status quo.

Nothing has improved for black residents in these segregated areas even with the assistance of black politicians of their own race, who campaign that they will improve things. The Chicago Public School system is so bad that it has one of the shortest school days of any major city. This holds back the poor of all ethnic groups from excelling in academics and moving out of the City.

Racial segregation is a very effective means of exploiting the poor, since it keeps them from obtaining good paying jobs, deprives them of any benefit from public education (which is very expensive), and ensures that lack of opportunity forces young black men into lives of gang membership and crime. Today one of every nine black men in their twenties is in prison. This does not mean that one in every nine has ever been in prison, but that they are in prison all at once. All of these failures are great spiritual and emotional tragedies for the black families involved.

Black families did not suffer these high rates of single motherhood and crime until they were encouraged to go north into cities controlled by Democrats. It is a very tragic episode in the history of blacks in the United States. Fortunately blacks are realizing that it is the segregated urban environment that is the root cause of all these problems and many are leaving the North.

Anyone who firmly rejects this conclusion -- that blacks have fared far worse under Democratic rule -- needs to consider the corollary: imagine that Chicago and all other northern cities with black ghettoes had been run by Republicans and that blacks suffered the same high rates of unemployment, single motherhood, poverty and crime that they do today. Then imagine that these cities were taken over by Democratic politicians, and these social indicators were reversed: that the high school dropout rate greatly improved, that only 20% of blacks were born to single mothers instead of the 70% we see today, and that the murder rates in black areas greatly declined. Only then would it be reasonable to conclude that Democrats helped the black community.​

ObamaCare AFA legislation is a shining example as to why your refute is total bullshit. That piece of legislation with Democrats controlling the White House, Congress, and a water-carrying media still required a Nebraska Compromise II (SEE Ben Nelson )and Louisiana Purchase II (SEE Mary Landrieau). He's actually correct. I didnt think Zeke had that much brains but it's true. There is a poverty industry in this country that actively seeks to enroll as many people as they can in gov't programs and keep them there. All the gov't bureaucrats are on this payroll, and a good many more. They have an incentive to continue and expand those programs, not reduce and eliminate them. This is why a person getting full gov't benefits gets hit with an effective tax of over 100% if he decides to get off welfare and get a job to be self supporting.

The goal of the left is to slowly cause ever increasing poverty. Blacks in America have been sort of a Petri dish for them. Now they intend on forcing poverty on the rest of us.

WHY?

Holding wages at 2009 levels while they raise taxes and energy costs is one primary way to increase poverty in this country. How many of use have ether not received a raise since Obama took office or are now making less than we did in 2008? You'd be surprised how many.

My guess is you haven't received a raise 'cause you spend too much time whining on this (and other) message boards.

Energy costs to consumers haven't hurt the bottom line of energy producers.

First define the problem; pointing fingers at the Democratic Party or liberals for high energy costs seems a bit far-fetched even for a highly partisan person [which we can all agree describes mudwhistle].

Next, offer solutions (with some detail, we all know drill baby drill is only a sound bite) We know oil drilling has increased during the past 5 years as well as efforts to increase renewable and green sources.

Mudwhistle, while the history of the democrat party you describe in the op is accurate - David Horowitz admitted this was the plan for past 100 years at least - he was a very prominent member of the Democrat party and knew alot others didn't as to the why's - such as why there were a disproportionate number of black americans drafted and sent to front lines compared to the democrat leaders who went to school instead of going to war as did their own children ( facts don't lie - that can be checked out as can Margaret Sanger's abortion genocide agenda being that of reducing black population ) the truth is the republican party would not accomplish anything significantly different at this point. The Republicans I see in office today, John Boehner, Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Paul Ryan - all traitors who betrayed the American people and the Republican party is now completely over run with these men who put their careers ahead of what is best for America. I no longer see a difference. One party is as corrupt as the other. The GOP has to be abandoned in my opinion. There is no other solution. Perhaps that is why Levin and Palin suggested started the Freedom Party. The problem with that is then you split the party and lose the vote.

Only other solution is to have a public intervention - bring up the voting records of these men and there recorded statements in media about Shameless GOP USA TODAY hit piece - and the men who attacked Bachmann and the other 4 are the first to be publicly shamed and removed from the GOP for siding with terrorists.

That would be John Boehner and John McCain, they should be the first ones put in front of the American people. Then go straight down the line. Problem is with elections in 2014 there isn't enough time for that. '

So plan B is do what Iceland did. Vote out every single member of the Senate and Congress (even the new ones ) and replace them with unknown men - you'd find better men than what we have in the GOP in the phone book or on this message board. That is how corrupt Boehner, McCain, Lindsey Graham and others are. Paul Ryan was a real disappointment. I was told that Newt Gingrich was looking for faces in GOP that had that "baby face" innocent look - to get them elected - that is a disgusting way to run politics if you ask me.

Whatever GOP came up with they would have to keep Newt Gingrich and his kind out of it completely.

Every time I hear someone talk about Newt it's about his ego. Fact is he was a great leader. He got things done. Fact is his competition hated him. Gen Patton had that same exact problem.

I'm not saying I what to pump Newts' pole, but I think he gets results.

I don't deny Newt is WICKEDLY brilliant. He is. I know that. The problem is he is on the WRONG SIDE. Speaking of General Patton - if he or his 1st cousin Congressman Larry Mcdonald were alive today - they would BOTH warn you that Newt Gingrich is the most dangerous liability to the GOP that ever came along. He accomplished absolutely NOTHING during his time as House Speaker for a reason. His job was to DO NOTHING.

Again, Congressman Larry McDonald warned the American people about Newt Gingrich just before he was murdered by the communists. Who did the CFR arrange to give his Congressional seat in Ga to after his murder? Newt Gingrich. Their boy.

McDonald was a staunch opponent of communism as his first cousin General Patton was. Both men were seriously hated by the likes of men like Newt Gingrich. Why did Gingrich despise General Pattons 1st cousin, Congressman Larry McDonald? Because McDonald exposed Gingrich as a communist operative early on. That's why. Getting to the truth here.

wait a sec.....you're saying Gingrich is a Communist because he likes the books Toffler wrote.....? Gingrich is a historian and likes all kinds of books....

Is Toffler a Communist....? I thought he just wrote books about massive changes like going from agrarian (first wave) to industrialization (second wave) to the information age (third wave).....how is that advocating Communism....?

The goal of the left is to slowly cause ever increasing poverty. Blacks in America have been sort of a Petri dish for them. Now they intend on forcing poverty on the rest of us.

WHY?

Holding wages at 2009 levels while they raise taxes and energy costs is one primary way to increase poverty in this country. How many of use have ether not received a raise since Obama took office or are now making less than we did in 2008? You'd be surprised how many.

My guess is you haven't received a raise 'cause you spend too much time whining on this (and other) message boards.

Energy costs to consumers haven't hurt the bottom line of energy producers.

First define the problem; pointing fingers at the Democratic Party or liberals for high energy costs seems a bit far-fetched even for a highly partisan person [which we can all agree describes mudwhistle].

Next, offer solutions (with some detail, we all know drill baby drill is only a sound bite) We know oil drilling has increased during the past 5 years as well as efforts to increase renewable and green sources.

I haven't gotten a raise because nobody got a raise the last 5 years except ccCongress.

And fyi, I've only had a smart phone for a couple of years and no internet access at work so that can't be it.
