My dad had a crazy high interest on his home mortage, so he paid it off quickly. He was also getting a good return on his investments. Today what do you get, 1%? Don't blame Obama for the Wallstreet mess that crashed our 401K's. But do give him credit for stabalizing the markets and the comeback.

Yes GM should have gone bankrupt and been reorganized into stronger leaner and more competitive company. Right now GM sales are up, but most of that is due to sales to China and India.

Never free markets. Fair markets. Don't over regulate but regulate. At least on things like gas. If the CEO's pay just went up 100%, somethings not right. Especially when we are subsodizing them. For the record I hate South Park, and just about every cartoon not produced by Mike Judge - I can tolerate Judge and actually enjoy a "King Of The Hill" every now and again...
