Actually, the Constitution enumerates powers. Any powers not enumerated are reserved for the states. It says that quite plainly.

On the other hand, if the government mandates you close your business, then the government should be on the hook to pay the lost wages that they are causing. If government wrongs you, they have to make you whole again.

I’m not for giving everyone money. There are those that have been hurt economically by this. Teachers are still getting paid while sitting and other companies are pay wages. Small businesses and workers that are being laid off should get unemployment with no hassles. Those are who you help. You don’t need to hand it over to those who don’t need it.

Trump wants to get money out into the economy. I don’t think this economic collapse is because there is not enough money in circulation.
