Police officer realized that he can’t chase the 17 y.o. boy no more. So the officer just shot him in the back! Don’t you think this cop has violated his instructions?

Imagine how many cases like this we have everyday. I’m not liberal but I wouldn’t wonder if at least half of our cops act against the instructions...
