"For us, human rights are contradictory to the rights of the people, because we base rights in man as a social product, not man as an abstract with innate rights. "Human rights" do not exist except for the bourgeois man, a position that was at the forefront of feudalism, like liberty, equality, and fraternity were advanced for the bourgeoisie of the past. Our position is very clear. We reject and condemn human rights because they are bourgeois, reactionary, counterrevolutionary rights, and are today a weapon of revisionists and imperialists, principally Yankee imperialists." — Communist Party of Peru, Sobre las Dos Colinas. 1991

The bottom line of this paragraph, which I wholeheartedly agree with, is that human rights for individuals are contradictory to the rights of the people as a whole. Human beings receive their rights from the government, not just because they were born with them. For example, is you are naked and alone in the arctic, and a polar bear comes up and attacks you. Can you fend it off with your "innate right to life and liberty?" NO! There is no such thing as innate rights, and the only rights a person has is what the government provides.
The right wing uses the concept of "individual rights" to silence and oppress the working classes. The "right to free speech" has been used to allow right wing hate groups and media such as Fox news to continue to slander people of color and the poor, keeping those groups from being treated as equal in society. "The right to protest" simply means that the right wing can stage neo-nazi rallies without fear of punishment, further oppressing the victims of racist violence in this country. "The right of free movement" simply allows rich white people to move into the neighborhoods of poor people of color and gentrify the area, thereby pricing the original residents out of their own homes.
Don't get me wrong, there are certain rights which are necessary in society. But these rights must be applied to the people as a WHOLE, not to individuals. For example, the people as a whole must have the right to speak the truth, meaning that all media which is honest and truthful should be allowed, but that individuals who slander and spew hate can be and should be silenced. The right to vote must be applied to the people as a whole, not to individuals. This means that the people who will vote in the best interests of the country as a whole must be allowed to elect those in charge, but those who vote against the best interests of the people must not be allowed to influence the elections, either by voting or through any other means such as running for office or advertizing.
Simply put, individual rights do not exist. They are a creation of the right wing used to encourage and enforce the oppression of minorities, of women, and the proletariat while covering it under the guise of freedom. The only rights which exist in a truly free and democratic society are the rights of the people as a whole, granted to the people by the government, not any bullsheet "human rights" applied to the individual.
That's not a right you fucking idiot (see what I did there?)is in direct contradiction with the rights of society to be free of racism, bigotry, and hate speech.
Correct.Wow....Yes! fuck individual liberty! Collectivism is the answer!
Who wants to be themselves? We should all be alike! Especially like you!
Go Mao!
All i'm saying is the the "right" to vote for Donald Trump or to insult people of color on Fox news is in direct contradiction with the rights of society to be free of racism, bigotry, and hate speech.
The "right" to donate a million dollars to a political campaign goes against the right of society to have free and fair elections
The "right" to sell Mein Kampf or the Turner Diaries undermines the right of society to be free of violence and genocide against ethnic minorities
get my point?
Guess if you can tell where we think you stand....

your chart is a bs lie. Fascism is far RIGHT WING. Fascism is characterized by extreme militarism, misogyny, and a focus on religion in society. Sounds VERY similar to the gop, doesn't it?
And yes, the Nazis called themselves "national socialists." Guess what? the republicans call themselves "republican," implying that they support a republic, when in reality they support an oligarchy ruled by big business and christian fundamentalism, with tons of voter suppression. Never trust the right wing when they call themselves anything besides for "losers"

You're right. The current count is about 90 for the hag. When she gets into he White House and starts nuclear WWIII, that figure could spike a little ( hundred million or so).You know that Mrs. Clinton, while by no means a reputable and honest person, is NOWHERE as bad as a crazy man who killed 12 million people out of pure racism and bigotry.
No, NOT correct.Correct.
Fascism, such as National Socialism, is on the right side of the political spectrum.
This is not to say that American conservatives are ‘fascists,’ but they do share the same political roots with other manifestations of the right – such as authoritarianism, reactionaryism, and fear of change, diversity, and dissent
What you mean "we", Kimosabe?because we base rights in man as a social product, not man as an abstract with innate rights.
Please explain how National Socialism, Nazi's, is any different than democratic socialism, plain old socialism, or even communism or any other of the socialism's you are in favor of that you and the OP want. There's only one political stance in history that has ever left so many dead and miserable and it's always from the left. Always. Nazi's were as left wing as the communists, they just had different ideas about how to accomplish the same goals.Correct.Wow....Yes! fuck individual liberty! Collectivism is the answer!

TRANSLATION: I disagree with the concept of "rights" as carefully defined in the founding documents of the United States, as passed by the Congress of the time and ratified by the states. I prefer the concept described by adherents of the Communist Manifesto, where people are considered subservient parts in a society that is more important than they are, and which government grants (and removes) his "rights" as it sees fit.because we base rights in man as a social product, not man as an abstract with innate rights.
How in the hell did you ever take the oath to get into the military to defend the Constitution when you post stupid shit like this and your anti 2nd amendment crap?"For us, human rights are contradictory to the rights of the people, because we base rights in man as a social product, not man as an abstract with innate rights. you're a bigot against individuals, and you want to form your society based entirely upon that bigotry, yet you think you should be free from bigotry. no, what you want is to be free from criticism, and that's not going to happen in this universe, buddy. so maybe you should set your sights on more realistic goals, you'll be much happier.Yes! fuck individual liberty!
