Yo, the main reason is, the "Poor Welfare Recipients" live in Cities, close to the Government Offices, and the Projects! The "Socialist Democrats" have hammered in their minds, that the "Republican Party" will take their Benefits away, instead of encouraging them to get out of the "Ghetto" and work for a living, simple!
Then you have Puppet, Brainless, Joe Biden, talking out of his ass, "They will put you back in Chains," True Asshole! And, lets not forget the influx of "Illegal 3rd World Benefit Recipients," and nobody can tell me that they don`t Vote Illegally, they broke the Law to get in this Country, and they will break the Law to Vote, with the help of the "Socialist Democrat Party," simple!!! That Un-American "Socialist Democrat Party" can`t and will never fool me, plain and simple!!!
Reason why we have the Electoral College: So the Socialist Democrats, Communist, Dictator, the Poor People, can`t take the Country over, period!!!
The word "Projects" was changed by the P.C. Crowd, I guess it was to derogatory, Tough Shit!

In project management a project consists of a "temporary endeavor" undertaken to create a unique product, service or result.
"Public Housing" defined:
Housing provided for people with low incomes, "subsidized by public funds."
