Read this please. The arguements are compelling. It appears Politics is the only reason the US is not pursuing this. If I were George, I would limit my international travel.

I think within ten years, someone in some country that is signature to this agreement will pursue legal action against W. Like I said, he should stay in Texas where he is safe.
