Pretty clear that most don't really want to be there, and probably shouldn't be.

I made a thread a few years back, with numerous sources and links to those sources, that showed the absolute APPALLING failure rates of some schools. And the unbelievable failure rates of government race based grants.
A university in Chicago was one of the worst with over 80% of students never graduating. And, consequently, guess the percentage of student population receiving government funding - the same!!
It is this way all over the country.
Just another way to show exactly how America is heavily investing in it's own eventual collapse.
We literally finance poverty. Finance non productivity. Finance out-of-wedlock child birth. Finance children to be born to parents with absolutely no regard to those children.

Many small businesses exist in the shadow (trickle down benefits) of large businesses. Close the 'shoe factory' in a town and the whole town dries up. Detroit is good example of what happens when the big dog leaves.
