They agreed to view the Democratic memo, but it needed to be read and scrubbed by everyone before release as far as I can tell. The Democrats wanted to vote for it "as is" with noone able to view it and no redactions or restrictions.

The whole CNN narrative, "why not release them together" was a Democrat tagline because as far as I could see the Dems wanted to delay the release, and hopefully work to undermine the process so that NONE were released. They had the opportunity to respond, but they didn't go through the process, furthermore, many on the Democratic side even refused to read the GOP memo!

The vote they blocked was a full release without the process followed as the GOP did. just more Democratic trickery using old Commie style bs to give them and their surrogates at CNN and MSNBC to talk about this and devalue the Hillary bought and paid for character assassination of Trump.
