This subject is so stupid the subject is boring to address because those being addressed lack even basic knowledge about how air campaigns are conducted or even the principles and tactics that separate the two events by over two decades. You know silly stuff like the fact we were still using mostly dumb bombs to bomb thousands and thousands of targets spread out all over the country during Desert Storm and now we are bombing hard to locate selected targets, often positioned, moved around and hidden in urban areas where collateral damage has to be factored.
