My question is, will the GOP do just like the Dems, and start drafting articles of impeachment BEFORE inauguration. I think they are now forced to do so, just to keep the fight fair.

The Impeachment process has been made into a sham by the Democrats. GOP will not waste their time with such a move unless the actions befit a clear path to removal. The only people miserable in the Trump Economy are the malcontent Liberals.
