Obama has granted clemency to Manning. So, will Assange keep his promise?

If so, will Trump pay his buddy back for helping him get elected, and grant Assange a pardon?

He sure can! If there are charges in US courts. And Assange is facing the possibility of espionage and computer fraud charges here.
