Justin Clark, Trump’s deputy campaign manager, announced Saturday that his team would initiate a recount and said there were “irregularities” in the election process last Tuesday, while asserting the team is “very concerned about what we’re hearing and seeing.” He didn’t elaborate.

Well, the recount is one thing, but recounting the ballots legally is another. They need to get the ballots recounted to include those legally made and throw out those which fail to meet legal requirements, such as date sent in, signature matching, legal voter, tampering, alteration, etc.

WHAT I FIND MOST STRANGE is that a year ago while the democrats were impeaching Trump and keeping republicans busy their attention focused on that, they were also actively filing legal challenges all over this country trying to get many election laws changed! And that's the thing: it would seem that they were setting up the preamble to allow this election to vote the way it did BEFORE THERE WAS ANY REASON OR CRISIS to justify it! As if they KNEW that mail-in ballots offered them a significant advantage!

That raises a number of SIGNIFICANT questions.

And if the number isn't in the automatic-recount range, it's gonna cost the petitioner money too.

Pennsylvania is now past that point as of last update. If the percentages in the OP are correct, Wisconsin is too.

Here's the trend: in 2016 Rump squeezed out the Terrible Three (Wisc, Mich, Penna) by an all-three-combined total of under 80,000 votes. Biden has now racked up a margin of well over 200k and still counting in flipping those three. Clinton declined to challenge any of them, and they were a lot closer then than they are now.
